We undertake disciplined land clearing using a combination of mechanical and manual methods, guided by soil analysis, environmental safeguards, and strict buffer-zone controls. All preparation activities are ESG-aligned, avoiding HCS/HCV areas and ensuring land is optimised for long-term productivity, sustainability, and asset integrity.
Plantation & Crop Management
We manage plantations using high-quality seedlings, certified planting material, and climate-smart agronomy. Operations include nursery development, transplanting, irrigation optimisation, and integrated pest management (IPM), ensuring resilient yields, soil health, and consistent output across palm oil, cassava, yam, and moringa.
Harvesting & Storage
Harvesting is timed to peak maturity to maximise oil content, starch yield, and nutritional density. Structured post-harvest handling and storage systems reduce losses, preserve quality, and ensure crops are maintained in optimal condition for processing or delivery to offtakers.
Logistics
Our logistics operations are designed to ensure reliable, timely movement of produce across the value chain. Through coordinated transport, fleet management, and delivery scheduling, we connect farms to storage, processing facilities, and markets—protecting quality, margins, and contractual performance.
Local Supplier
We integrate local farmers and cooperatives into our supply chain through structured aggregation and offtake arrangements.
